As well as its many satellite navigation features such as lap history, waypoints, favourites and locations, this Garmin sports watch has a virtual training partner to get you into shape. You can monitor and save your time, distance, pace, calories and heart rate, and review and analyse the data later on to see how you've improved (sensor required - sold separately). 

With the Forerunner 405, you can also share information through Garmin Connect with the online community. And innovative ANT+Sport wireless technology automatically transfer your stats to your computer once you've logged the miles and when the Forerunner 405 is in range.
